VisionBot software has a powerful in-built visual editor for importing the gerber file and preparing the machine with all what is need to make the machine ready to pick and place electronic components on your electronic board. VisionBot software allows Visual Panelization of PCBs. In just a few seconds you can set the VisionBot machine to work with multiple instances of your PCB panel. VisionBot automatically detects the Fiducials using Advanced Computer Vision algorithms and it calculates the absolute coordinates of the Surface Mount Devices that will be placed onto the Printed Circuit Board panels.

How does VisionBot work?

We bring an affordable midsize 3,000 euro Pick and Place machine which assemblies automatically electronic products by placing surface-mount devices (SMDs) like capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits onto circuit boards. Thanks to an advanced software which was built with Computer Vision, the robot can be used for high speed, high precision placing of broad range of electronic components that are used in devices, computers, consumer electronics as well as industrial, medical, automotive, military, telecommunications equipment etc. The software was designed to be easy to use and compatible with all Electronic Design Automation software (EDA/ECAD) by importing RS-274X standardized files.
